Piece of a Rainbow... Drool Worthy!!

Thanks everyone for a great stocking Sunday!! Ashley's beautiful auction diaper Piece of a Rainbow went for $200!! It was featured on Dirty Diaper Laundry's drool worthy diapers board. What an awesome compliment to her diaper making skills :)

Our 1,000 fan celebration is only two days away!!! There are 35 different vendors participating and there is some awesome stuff up for grabs! I just want to share a few today...

Flying Solo...

I am away this week in NY with my boys visiting family, so Ashley is flying solo! She's a busy girl working on this beautiful group custom that's going to 5 lucky ladies!

Less than a week away from our big celebration February 1st! It was supposed to be for reaching 1,000 fans but we are now closer to 1,500!! There are a ton of amazing vendors so go check out the preview album of everything that will be up for grabs starting Feb 1st! Be sure to enter the pre-celebration giveaway for a fully custom diaper here. A winner will be chosen Feb 1st at 8 PM EST. 

On another note... Have you ever flown solo, while pregnant, with a 2 1/2 year old and a 1 year old? I wouldn't advise it!! Overall they did pretty well for two energy filled little boys stuck on an airplane, but there is always that one disgruntled person seated near you who thinks that children should sit quietly with their hands in their lap or else not be allowed on the plane. One flight down and one to go... Wish us luck on the return trip! Also, I have respect for all you northerners! It is not fun bundling kids up, dealing with cold and cranky children and trying to get them in and out of car seats when the temperature outside is in the single digits! 

Have fun at stocking everyone and don't be afraid to ask for stalking help in the BST group if there is something you have your eye on! 

When Pigs Fly...

Ashley and I had a fun night last night!! Did we go to dinner? Have a girls night out? Not so much... We made diapers!!! You know you're in the right profession when working is exciting! 

Last night we worked on the flying pigs group custom. It was such an awesome print and what makes it even more fun is how excited our customers were about it! It was a total of 9 diapers, which is a big group. We worked on it like an assembly line, one step at a time. It was neat to see them all come together!

We really did have a great night and can't wait for all the ladies to send us their "on the bottom" pics once they receive these pretties!!

Since we are stocking every other week now, we would like to try to find cute group custom prints like this for the off weeks. So if you miss a stocking or want to get your hands on a Binky D in-between, group customs are the way to go!! We will be on the lookout for special fabrics for these customs and will stock them in Hyena Cart. Make sure you join the Buy Sell Trade page, (HERE) because that's where you'll find all the updates on when these stockings will be happening! And remember, they will be first come first served! So if you miss out, you'll have to try again on the next one!

And Then There Were Two...

My first Binky D Diaper

I started working with Ashley a few months ago. She showed up in one of my local baby wearing groups and I recognized her from high school. I found out she had started a cloth diaper business and that week I decided to try one from her stocking. We got to talking and she was super helpful and encouraging me to start making cloth diapers of my own. I asked her a ton of questions and offered to come over sometime and help her. Long story short, we decided to go into business together! 

But I'm just the newbie... When people hear the name Binky D Diapers, they think of Ashley! 

Ashley is really very new as a WAHM. She started last summer so she hasn't even been in business a year. She just has an awesome product and people love her diapers and they love her. She is very active on her page and she's become friends with many of her customers. 



Some favorite Binky D's past to present :)

There are a lot of exciting things in the works this year. We have decided to stock diapers every other week! Some stockings will be bigger than others, but you'll have the opportunity to get your hands on a Binky D twice a month :) We are going to limit customs to group customs of special fabrics and stocking individual customs once in a while. This gives us the opportunity to stock more often and get you more Binky D's! There are two blog reviews live at the moment... Both of which have giveaways attached to them. You can check them out here (Mommy's Block Party) and here (All About Cloth Diapers). We also are participating in SO cheeky's 1,000 fan giveaway. There is a custom Binky D up for grabs on her page live until the 18th. 


We will be starting our 1,000 fan celebration February 1st. There are a ton of WAHM's signed up giving away goodies and coupons to their stores. Go check out the preview album here. 

This week we will be working on a group custom order of a special flying pigs fabric.

We decided to start this blog to give all the fans out there a regular update on what's going on with Binky D. You'll hear about what we're working on, any awesome giveaways or reviews, and there will definitely be more about the 1,000 fan giveaway that starts February 1st!
